Someone rang claiming to be from my bank and mentioned my name right away. They said they wanted to check on two bookings with booking.com. The person spoke really fast and before I knew it, said they had to verify security details with me. When I questioned that, they insisted the number matched the one printed on my card’s back. I knew that wasn’t true and told them so. Right after, they just hung up on me.
