On the 4th of December at about 11:43, I got a real call - not some automated message - from someone named Grace claiming to be from BT. She had a bit of an accent that wasn’t quite local and warned me my broadband was about to be disconnected. Yeah, right Grace! I’m no fool, I’m not falling for that rubbish!
