Picked up the phone, and I could hear chatter from an office setting in the background, then the caller abruptly ended the call.

I’ve no clue who was ringing me, but getting one call right after the other clearly points to some sort of spam or call centre. I’ve put my phone to silence any calls from unknown numbers now. At least it stops it from buzzing constantly.
