Received a call while I was overseas, twice in quick succession at 6:18 and 6:19 a.m. No message was left. The number had the Manchester area code, and it wasn’t saved in my contacts. Seemed to me like a scam enticing me to return the call. Did a bit of digging online and found that others have experienced similar issues. I've now added the number to my auto-reject list to avoid any future bother.

I got a call from this number and found out it’s linked to the ANPR division of Greater Manchester Police. The odd bit is they can ring you, but when you try to return the call, it doesn’t go through! Very strange setup if you ask me.
