During the span of three days, I received multiple phone calls, approximately a dozen in total. However, despite expressing my lack of interest in filing a claim during our initial conversation, the individual on the other end continued to persist. This behavior exhibited poor business practices.

Obviously, I didn't believe that for a second. It was clear that the person was calling from a busy call center. As their aggression escalated, I simply told them that I had no interest in dealing with their stress or anger and promptly ended the call. To avoid any further harassment, I have now blocked their number.

They gave me a call, addressing me with my name, but it was hard to make out their words due to the bustling noise reminiscent of a Sunday market in the background.
