I was quite taken aback when I received calls from a number starting with 0161. They insisted on my personal information for "data protection" without even revealing the company's name. Each time I pressed for clarity, they became increasingly combative and rather impolite. It's particularly troubling for me, considering I have a family member in Manchester who's not in the best of health. The relentless nature of these calls is not only annoying but adds to the stress of an already difficult situation. It’s alarming how some companies operate without a hint of decency.

They insisted on obtaining my personal information for so-called data protection, yet they wouldn’t divulge the name of their company. Every time I questioned them, they became increasingly confrontational and impolite, despite my repeated requests to identify themselves. I was quite miffed to find out it was QTS again - I’ve already blocked them on two previous Manchester numbers.

It’s particularly upsetting given that I have a seriously ill family member in Manchester; the constant interruptions from that 0161 number are incredibly distressing.

I keep receiving incessant phone calls urging me to apply for a so-called "tier 3" compensation, all for the sake of some minor inconvenience. It's like they're trying to get me to engage in insurance fraud! It’s quite simply absurd and incredibly frustrating.

This number seems to ring me incessantly, often more than once a day. I choose not to pick up since it’s unfamiliar to me. What’s absolutely maddening is that I continued receiving these calls even while I was on holiday overseas, day in and day out. So tiresome!

I received a call from a number associated with Manchester, and the chap on the other end was rather vague about his employer (I wish I had listened more closely). He was going on about assisting me in claiming for an incident where someone allegedly reversed into me-mind you, I haven't seen an accident in over a decade, and it’s quite evident that someone managed to fix whatever damage was supposedly done when I wasn’t even about. In no uncertain terms, I let him have it, which seemed to rattle him. He responded with a, "There’s no need to speak to me that way," to which I retorted, “Oh, but there certainly is!” It’s people like him that seem intent on escalating our insurance costs (I may have used a bit more colourful language). I made it crystal clear where he could file his claim and then ended the call. I doubt it’ll put an end to their antics, but it certainly relieved a bit of my frustration.
