I found the individual on the other end to be incredibly rude and rather unbearable. When I mentioned that I wasn’t keen on what they were offering, they brushed me off and carried on irrespective of my disinterest. It was infuriating, to say the least! This whole situation feels like a scam, so I’d strongly advise against engaging with them any further.

I received a call from a company purporting to be Consumer Energy, boasting about a government-supported initiative-how absurd! I informed the caller that I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, which means they shouldn't be contacting me in the first place. To my surprise, the individual on the other end of the line became rather confrontational.
