There’s this bloke on Tinder saying he’s Michael Melendez, some kind of gold prospector. At first, he seems really nice, but then he says he's going out to mine gold. Turns out, he’s got no licence to actually sell any, and soon enough, he’s asking for cash after telling you he loves you - even though you’ve never met or seen him on a video call. The photos he sends aren’t even his; he’s nicked them from someone else, plus there’s a dodgy passport involved. Whatever you do, don’t send him a penny!
