I have a strong suspicion that these are fraudsters who keep ringing my number. They call but never say a word, which is incredibly frustrating!

Without a doubt, these are charlatans. They ring me up multiple times daily, three or four times to be precise, but never utter a word. It's incredibly frustrating! I've finally had enough and decided to block this number.
