The bloke sounded like he was from overseas and started talking about some life insurance renewal, which is total nonsense since I've stuck with the same provider for ages. Also, there was loads of background noise, made it hard to hear properly.

Got a call from someone saying they had proof I took out car finance from 2008 to 2018, saying I could get some money back. When I told them to delete my info under the Data Protection Act 2018 - because your phone number’s personal data after all - they just ended the call straight away. Since then, no more calls at all. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Think it was spam, so I just blocked the number straight away.

Got loads of calls over the past couple of weeks, usually between 10 in the morning and 7 in the evening. My phone keeps marking it as spam. I don’t know anyone from Manchester. I don’t pick up anyway, and they’ve never left a voicemail either.
