i picked up cause it showed a blue tag on truecaller. the person on the phone had a really thick accent and kept talking about some free government debt consolidation thing. sounded fishy to me so i just said i wasn’t interested and hung up.

Received a voicemail that simply repeated, "hello? hello?" with some sort of robotic voice lurking in the background. It's definitely dodgy, as I've already barraged a similar number from Manchester. Time to add this one to the blocked list too!
