Help Your Claim - PPI folks. They managed to get me some money back for PPI, something I never would have sorted on my own, so big thanks to them. After their fees, I got just over 5k back. Their cut is quite high at 36% including VAT, but honestly, I wouldn’t have bothered claiming by myself. No, I’m not employed by them or anything.

GOT ASSISTANCE WITH MY CLAIM. They were really polite and actually managed to get me a refund, so win there. You only have to give them 24% of whatever you get back, which some might reckon is pricey, but you're still keeping 76% so it feels fair to me.

Help Your Claim is a proper business, they deal with PPI and also packaged bank accounts. They charge a fee if they win the claim, but if they dont succeed you dont pay anything. I just dont have the energy to sort it out on my own.

Said they were from helpyourclaim[###] - some PPI firm, but really wanted details about my present bank benefits for things like breakdown cover and mobile phone protection. They rattled on with loads of rubbish and eventually asked for my bank account details, which I refused to give, then they just cut me off. Total wankers, steer clear!!

I believe the chap claimed to be representing Barclays, but I struggled to grasp what he was on about as he was rattling off his words at a blistering pace. Unfortunately, that didn't help matters much; he didn’t reveal any useful information. When I attempted to ring back from a landline, it went on ringing for nearly eight minutes without anyone picking up, so I decided to abandon the effort. Make of that what you will.

When I requested that they remove my information from their database, their response was shockingly vulgar - they actually told me to "go to hell!" Can you believe it? This all happened right after I purchased a domain name. Totally bewildering experience!

Absolutely dreadful experience! The customer service was shockingly unprofessional, bordering on rude, especially when I confronted them about their dodgy sales tactics. I simply requested them to remove my details from their database, and the response I got was downright appalling-telling me to go to hell!
