This number rang me up earlier and after looking it up here, turns out it's from a dodgy outfit. Today, some bloke named Lee was phoning asking for a Mrs Melville about a message supposedly left. It all felt a bit off, so I was pretty suspicious when I answered. He could tell from the way I spoke that I wasn’t convinced and said he was just following up on a prior message, but promised to remove our number from their list - though he warned we might still get calls. Honestly, why is nobody cracking down on these scam callers?

In June, I found myself in a bit of a mishap, and recently-like last month, to be precise-I've been inundated with claims that I might be owed up to £3,000 for some alleged injuries. I was baffled, as I haven't sustained any injuries whatsoever! Yet, the callers insisted it didn’t make any difference and were quite persistent in requesting my personal information. Naturally, I did a bit of digging on the number they called from and stumbled upon a slew of negative reviews about a firm named Accident Assist. Once I casually mentioned that I'm employed by an insurance company, they abruptly ended the conversation. I reckon there's something dodgy going on here, so be careful-seems like there's a scam lurking in the shadows!

I received a call regarding a car accident from three years back, which has long since been resolved. I informed them I had taken care of everything during the first five calls. However, they suddenly rang me while I was on holiday at 4 PM on a Sunday - quite disruptive, I must say. I requested that they cease their calls and asked to speak to a manager. To my surprise, they claimed it couldn't possibly have been them as they'd recently updated their phone number (still, same company) and accused me of wasting their time! What a right bother!

I receive calls from this mobile number approximately six times daily, and the unlisted landline number seems to ring me multiple times as well. Each time, there’s a background hum of office chatter before they abruptly disconnect. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least!

For nearly a year now, I've been inundated with calls from "ambulance chasers," including this particular number, all claiming I was in a car crash. It all kicked off after I reached out to the RAC for some help with my vehicle (definitely not due to any accident, mind you). Somehow, my personal information seems to have been released, and despite the RAC looking into my concerns, they've been unable to get to the bottom of it.
