I've been getting calls from a number in MANCHESTER, about three or four times in just the last couple of days. It appears to be associated with a mobile number, 07845-645-546, which often tries to reach me roughly 20 to 30 minutes before or after the initial call. I’ve only picked up a couple of times, but each time the caller disconnects straight away as soon as I respond. It really feels like my number is being tested to see if it’s active. This sort of thing ought to be treated as a criminal offence!
