I received a call from someone who requested some fundamental information and mentioned that many banks have been misleading customers, claiming they don't have PPI when, in reality, they might. Initially, I approached this with a hint of doubt, but I ended up providing them with some basic particulars. A few days later, I got a form in the post, filled it out, and to my astonishment, within a matter of weeks, Natwest started refunding me for fees incurred a decade ago! On top of that, Santander have also contacted me to inform me that I previously held PPI with them, and all I need to do is complete a form. However, I’m struggling to recall the name of the PPI provider I dealt with at the time.

I informed my husband that he was eligible to reclaim the PPI payments he had made, and I reassured him that the company in question was regulated by the Ministry of Justice. I mentioned that there was no requirement for any bank details, which was merely a precaution to protect our privacy. However, they did inquire about the specific PPI provider, our birth dates, and how long we've resided at our current address. The caller introduced himself as Joseph Scott and can be reached at 01618390072. The conversation lasted several minutes, during which he promised to send the claim forms right away, but they have yet to arrive.

Indeed, I had a conversation with a gentleman who had quite a posh British accent. He introduced himself as Joe Scotland and claimed to be with a company that purportedly assists with Claines PPI matters. Rather unsettling, he already had my complete name, birth date, and address on hand. Quite the peculiar experience, I must say!

Indeed, I had a conversation with an individual sporting a British accent. He introduced himself as Joe Scott and mentioned he was associated with a company focused on assisting with Claines PPI matters. To my surprise, he already had my complete name, date of birth, and home address. Additionally, he also possessed my email address. Quite concerning, I must say!
