We've received an astonishing number of calls from this company, and quite frankly, it's been exasperating. We've taken the step of notifying trading standards about their conduct. Every time we attempt to reach out to the owner to voice our concerns, it seems impossible-there's always some unpleasant girl on the line, and the owner is conveniently unavailable. It's immensely frustrating!
