I received a call today, 1st March 2018, around a few minutes past midday, specifically at 12:03 PM. However, as soon as I picked up the phone, the line went completely silent.

I found an unauthorised charge on my bill for a call lasting 00:35:09 at a cost of £2.329.
I strongly advise blocking this number!
I've also lodged a complaint with the regulatory body.

I chose not to pick up as I don’t recognise the number at all. I seem to recall answering it previously, and it turned out to be some sort of accident insurance firm. The phone rang for what felt like an eternity, but as I don’t have a voicemail service set up, blocking the number isn’t an option. I suppose I’ll just let it be and carry on ignoring it.
