Received three calls over the span of two days, and when I tried to return the call, there was no response. They didn't leave a voicemail, which makes me suspect this is just another dodgy scam caller.

I received a call from someone claiming to be from NPower, notifying me that my renewal was approaching. However, after a chat with NPower directly, it turned out that wasn't the case at all! My actual renewal isn't even due for another five months. When I pressed the caller for more info, he eventually confessed that he'd only been calling 'on behalf of' NPower, which makes me suspect he’s just a broker trying his luck. Quite the cheeky move, if you ask me!
