We continually get calls from this number, but we never answer since we're unfamiliar with it. Our phone is programmed to recognise everyone who has our number, so if it's not someone we know, we just let it ring. Is there any way to put an end to these irritating calls?

I received a call from someone claiming to be from the Co-Op bank, insisting that I must 'refresh my security information.' They wanted things like a four-digit code and my place of birth, but I didn’t share a single detail with them. I told them to send me a letter instead! As soon as I declined to provide any personal info, the caller advised me to pop into a branch to sort it out. We’re highly sceptical about that!
