I received a call from a chap named Roger who had the audacity to ask for my partner by her first name! I couldn’t help but raise an eyebrow at his level of professionalism - should he not be addressing her as Ms XXXXXX instead? Naturally, I probed a bit, inquiring about his business with her. He snapped back, insisting it was a private matter for her alone, and was utterly reluctant to share any further details. Now, I find it rather peculiar that a fellow named Roger would casually request to speak to my partner without proper protocol. It seemed quite dodgy to me! He was clearly relishing the fact that my curiosity was piqued. To top it all off, I keep receiving calls from the number 01619626400! I can’t shake the feeling that these two occurrences are somehow intertwined.

It felt as though they were trying to belittle us, which was rather off-putting. What they failed to grasp is that we were already managing our financial obligations without issue. It’s quite inappropriate for them to suggest that anyone is incapable of handling their own debts. A much better option would be to go with PayPlan. They're all about putting in the effort without charging any admin fees, and they genuinely show understanding towards their clients.
