Their responses to enquiries are painfully slow-if they bother to get back to you at all-and more often than not, they’ll inform you that you’ve missed the deadline for a response. The payments I was making have been bounced back for the last couple of months, labelled as ‘account closed’, yet I’ve received absolutely no communication about it. I’m especially concerned about my credit score, which I’ve just begun to mend after years of difficulties. I reached out to them via email over a week ago but have yet to receive a reply, and I’ve noticed their website appears to have vanished into thin air. In short, I genuinely sympathise with anyone left to navigate the mess that is this company.
