For the past few days, I've been getting constant calls, like 6 to 8 times every day. I blocked their number, but then they started ringing from other ones. It’s insane, I’m getting over 20 missed calls daily for a while now. Feels like my number’s been handed over to these annoying people. I reckon it all started after I purchased a website through 181 - either they’re sharing my details or someone working there is sneaking the info out.

these lot wont stop ringing, always using numbers beginning with 0161 but not the exact same one. ive blocked loads of them already. they've been annoying me nonstop and were even rude and tried to scam me for around 45 years now.

i usually dont pick up calls from numbers i dont recognise. loads of calls kept coming from manchester so i just ended up blocking them all. quite annoying really.

I usually don’t pick up if I don’t know the number, especially since I keep getting calls from a Manchester number around the same time. It’s been happening quite a bit lately. If it’s something important, they’ll leave a message or ring again, so I don’t bother answering unknown calls anymore.

No idea who keeps ringing me, they just hang up every time. Once I picked up and it was a woman talking about PPI or something. Nowadays I just let it go to voicemail and block all numbers starting with 0161, but they seem to switch up the digits slightly and carry on calling. Just to prove it, I got another call while I was typing this, and the previous one was only about 4 minutes ago!

A really nice guy rang me up sayin they’d helped me sort out a PPI claim before, which is rubbish, and then went on about some new scheme about bank account charges or something. I’ve never even paid those fees! Told him I wasn’t interested, he said I didn’t qualify anyway, thanked me for my time, and wished me a good time watchin the World Cup. Cheers for that, I suppose!

I’m absolutely fed up with this persistent caller! I don’t have a clue who it is, so I just ignore their calls. Every time I try to block the number, they just ring me from a different one. It’s becoming relentless, and I can’t seem to shake them off!
