This number has been blowing up my phone more than 20 times over the past few weeks. After about the third call, I decided to block it because even when I told them I wasn’t interested, they just kept ringing. The people on the other end came across as quite pushy and a bit threatening, which was a bit unsettling. They’re still attempting to call me, but luckily the calls don’t actually come through anymore - my phone just alerts me that someone’s tried.

They rang up saying something about a mortgage rebate but I don’t even have a mortgage. So, I let them have it in no uncertain terms with plenty of colourful language, telling them they’re scammers and worse than pond scum. After that, they just hung up. Usually, giving ’em a mouthful like that sorts it out and I don’t get called again!

Got calls from a PPI firm that just wouldn’t take a hint. Told them to delete my info as per GDPR rules, but they just ended the call on me! I’ve now reported them using the ICO’s simple nuisance call form. Seriously, anyone dealing with this crap should do the same!

I’ve had this number call me like 5 times in just over 7 hours. I blocked it before, but then they just ring from a different number. So I block that one too, and the cycle keeps repeating. Proper annoying!

They’re one of those companies that keep pushing PPI claims, saying either you already claimed or should be claiming, no matter your situation. If you can, just block their number straight away. If they keep calling, tell them (whether it’s true or not) that your number’s on the telephone preference service list and they shouldn’t be contacting you, then end the call. Should they persist, let them know you’ll be reporting their business practices to Ofcom and BT.

Got a call earlier today claiming I was owed a load of money back, like thousands or something. Right away they started asking for my personal info. I told them I never give my details on calls like that. They kept chatting away, so I said it sounded like a scam. Then they told me not to be impolite. I just said it was annoying getting calls like that and hung up on them.

I received a phone call from this individual claiming to be inquiring about PPI. He was extremely impolite and managed to rattle off all my personal details. However, when he probed for how long I've been at my current address and my date of birth, I told him to send me the application forms, and I would provide the information there. That really seemed to irritate him - definitely a fraudulent caller! The number was +441618265685.

I got a call this morning and after I said "no thanks" for the third time, the bloke suddenly said I’d get about 20 more calls today and then just cut me off. So, I phoned them back straight away and said I’d be filing a proper complaint. The woman who answered was really apologetic and assured me they’d remove my number from their list, so I shouldn’t hear from them again.

Some bloke rang saying I was owed a refund but never said why. Then he just went on asking for my personal info. He wanted me to verify an address I haven't used in years and even double-checked how to spell my name. I told him it’s spelt 'Androu' and he took it like that. Looks like a total scam to me, best to just hang up or waste their time.
