Received a call this afternoon.

I returned the call and a young woman picked up. Unfortunately, she couldn't shed any light on the reason for their call; she merely suggested it was linked to a previous car accident I had. I was then placed on hold, and subsequently, I received a call from a number I didn’t recognise. The gentleman on the line had an Asian accent and similarly failed to clarify the purpose of his call. He didn’t seem to know my name or the details surrounding the alleged incident. I pressed him on how he obtained my number and told him to shove off and not contact me again. It just has all the hallmarks of a typical scam - they’re fishing for your personal information which can be exploited for fraudulent activities. Never give them any of your details, not a single one!

Keeps ringing incessantly without leaving a single message! Sounds like they've got a bit of an accent as well, probably from overseas!
