Keeps calling from Manchester area codes and I just don’t pick up anymore. No voicemail left either, so I just block them straight away. They keep switching up the numbers too. Honestly, OFCOM should really step in and sort these annoying scammers out. They’ve got the tools but it seems money talks louder. Mate of mine’s started answering with stuff like “DC Walters Fraud Squad West Mercia Police” and reckon he’s had way fewer calls since. I know it’s against the law to pretend to be police, but making scam calls and pestering people is illegal too.
