I received a phone call from this number, claiming to be from LV, wanting to have a chat about my life insurance. The thing is, I don’t have any life insurance at all! They quickly realised their mistake, expressed their apologies, and hung up. Quite the peculiar situation!

Someone rang me claiming to represent Liverpool Victoria about my life insurance, which I found odd since I don’t actually have any life cover with them. They kept pushing the idea that I had an active policy, but when I firmly told them that wasn’t the case, the caller abruptly apologised and then ended the call. Seems rather dodgy to me-definitely smells like a scam.
