I’ve been receiving calls from an energy broker who really doesn’t seem to grasp the concept of ‘no’. This chap was adamant that I should switch my energy supplier, insisting that his offer was far superior and more economical than what I currently have. I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, so I’m at a loss as to why these calls are still coming through. What’s going on?

I've made several attempts to ring this number again, but alas, I can't seem to get through. Quite suspicious, if you ask me-could very well be a dodgy scam or something fraudulent.
