Got a call on my phone but didn’t pick up. They left a voice message but it was really hard to make out what they were saying. When I checked the number, loads of people said it was harassment, so I’ve just blocked it. I usually avoid answering calls from unknown numbers anyway since they’re mostly dodgy or about accidents I know nothing about.

The guy on the line said he couldn't reveal details but mentioned they'd sent me some paperwork with a questionnaire to my old address that I needed to fill out and send back. I got a bit worried initially, thinking it might be something serious, but since I've moved, I wasn’t about to share my new address with them. I guessed it might be about PPI, but reading other comments about IVAs, it all adds up now.
