They mentioned some average payouts I might get. They claimed they don’t charge anything at the start, just do a free check, then take 40% if the claim goes through. It felt a bit off when I asked for everything in writing straight away. They kept saying they'd send the details after the claim was arranged. Bit dodgy if you ask me.2 yearsIt was quite alarming when they mentioned my name and address, claiming I had some form of car finance linked to that location. I can't help but wonder if it’s a dodgy scheme related to mis-sold car finance or perhaps even payment protection insurance. They certainly didn’t handle it well when I firmly stated that I’ve never signed up for anything like that. I’ve since blocked their number, but I’ve a sneaking suspicion they’ve probably passed it along to someone else!3 yearsWe’d taken out a PCP through Mini Finance and somehow they already knew about it.
