The call centre was incredibly loud and the chap on the other end had a thick accent and struggled with his English, making it quite the challenge to comprehend what he was saying. He insisted he represented the 'Housing Repair Squad'-but as a London homeowner, I can categorically state that I have no dealings with such a service, especially one that’s supposedly operating out of Manchester!
