If they’re legit, they’d already have your info and could prove it. Stay cautious out there!

Some random number kept ringing me but I just didn’t pick up.

I got a call from this number, and the woman speaking had such a thick accent it was hard to understand most of what she was saying. I think it was Indian. She claimed to be from O2 or Virgin and said something about cutting call charges by half. Foolishly, I gave her my email. While we were still talking, I got two emails right away. One looked like it came from O2's security team. She kept telling me to click a link in the message. I said I'd check it later and hung up. Later on, they called me back twice, but I didn’t answer. Whether it was a scam or not, the whole thing felt way too pushy.
