12 yearsI had a rather unsettling experience with a chap from a firm called Emmanuell. This fella bombarded my phone yesterday with over 20 calls! I’m usually quite reliable, but I think I might have lost around £90 in the process. I’ve already flagged this to the police and my bank. However, the bank seems to be dragging its feet on the matter, while the police have suggested I seek help from the Citizens Advice Bureau. I’ll be following up on this on Monday. To top it off, they provided a supposed headquarters address in London, but it turns out it's non-existent!
