Yesterday, I received over 20 calls from a guy called Emmanuell claiming to be from this company. I honestly trusted him and ended up losing about £90. I’ve already told the police and my bank about it. The bank’s response is painfully slow, and the police suggested I get advice from Citizen Advice. I’m planning to follow up on Monday. They also gave me a supposed London HQ address, but it doesn’t actually exist. Just a heads up - watch out for this!

So, this number rang me up and asked for Carlos, which is actually me. I asked what it was regarding, and the bloke, speaking with a sort of Asian accent, said it was about a loan I supposedly took out. I told him I never applied for any loan, and then he just called me a mother f***er and hung up straight away. Does anyone know how I can report this number or what steps I should take? Any help would be appreciated, cheers.
