I picked up a call asking for company info, since I’m signed up with the telephone preference service. When I calmly asked the bloke for some specifics, he started getting rude and wouldn’t tell me anything about all my car accidents. Then he just cut the call.

Is this some kind of insurance firm? I asked them to hold on a sec cause the connection was awful and hurt my ears, and then the bloke just hung up saying "f**k off." Honestly, this is beyond rude and should really be reported - feels like harassment since they called me out of the blue.
