I received a rather dubious call from a number claiming they could arrange a loan for me, specifically £4000. However, when I mentioned that I wasn't currently earning any income, the chap on the other end asked me to provide a £50 Amazon voucher. He even went so far as to suggest he could falsify some details just to ensure the loan went through! Quite incredibly, he didn't seem concerned at all about whether I would ever repay it. The number in question is 01618187661. Quite a sketchy scenario, if you ask me!
