Today, my wife's stepdad got a call from this number, and the person on the line was pretending to be from his bank, trying to get his bank info. Just a fortnight ago, he fell victim to a scam and lost £7,000. Poor bloke’s quite vulnerable, but luckily, the bank managed to recover the cash for him. It’s clear these scammers spotted him as an easy mark and are having another go. Please be cautious and never share your banking details with anyone who calls you out of the blue - they’re seriously crafty and convincing.

Dont recognise this number at all, it’s not saved in my contacts. My phone just sends calls from unknown numbers straight to voicemail, and there wasnt any message left. Looks like they probably didnt want to chat, so i’ve just gone ahead and blocked the number.
