Got a call at 9.51 on a Saturday. At first there was nothing but then, just when I was about to hang up, a woman with an Asian accent asked for my daughter, using her married surname. I wasn’t really expecting anyone to ring, especially on a weekend, and my daughter wasn’t home anyway. Seemed like one of those standard sales calls, so I just ignored it.

I got a call at about 8.15 in the morning. When I picked up, they wanted me to confirm my name, address, and phone number. Then, they began asking if I owned my home or rented it. I told them I didn’t want to share that info as it wasn’t relevant, and then they just hung up on me.
