They keep ringing me up pretending to be some loan outfit, claiming I already paid a fee which I never did. Honestly, they've been really rude about it too.

I get calls from these lot every single day, claiming they're from TalkTalk and that there's something wrong with my router. They try to get me to log in so they can control my computer and end up snooping on my bank details, saying they owe me cash since it’s their fault. I've told them to quit ringing me but can’t block the number because BT wants me to pay extra just to have call blocking.
