I've been getting calls from someone claiming to be a loan company, insisting that I've paid some fee that I definitely haven't. They're quite rude and unprofessional in their manner too.

I keep receiving daily calls from some folks who claim to represent TalkTalk, insisting that there's an issue with my router. They’re keen for me to log into my computer so they can take control, saying they owe me some money due to a fault on their end. I’ve repeatedly requested that they cease these calls, but unfortunately, I can't block them myself as BT insists on charging for that service. It’s quite frustrating!
