THIS "ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT" IS A TOTAL SCAM. I CONTACTED THE TPS AND THEY CLAIM THEY CAN'T TRACK THEM DOWN! HOW CAN THE NATIONAL POLICE FORCE BE SO HELPLESS? YOU'D THINK THEY'D GET THE GOVERNMENT OR GCHQ TO HANDLE THIS AND CATCH THESE IDIOTS.
