The organisation on the line purports to be affiliated with TalkTalk, but it’s just a scam. Many of you might be aware that TalkTalk's customer database was previously compromised, and now these scammers are reaching out to victims in an attempt to breach their systems. They tend to inform you that there’s an issue with your router and will request you to input specific alphanumeric codes on your device. I cannot stress this enough: ignore such requests! If this number reaches out to you, I urge you to report it to TalkTalk. This elaborate ruse has been prevalent for over a year now.
