12 yearsI rang up today regarding a loan application and made it clear that I had no interest, requesting them to take me off their list. The response I got was utterly shocking- the bloke actually told me to “go jump off a roof”! Unbelievable, right? I decided to call back to speak with a manager, but the chap on the line just swore at me and said, “who the hell do you want?” It was infuriating!
