Totally seems like a spam call, trying to ask about any house repairs that might need sorting. If there was actually something to fix, I’m pretty sure the proper folks would be handling it, not some random caller out of the blue.

Got a call on my mobile which is registered with the TPS. It was a woman asking questions about repairs, assuming I was a tenant - which I’m not. I told her to take me off their calling list. Been getting calls like this before, pretty sure it’s a dodgy scam. Also, I don’t even live anywhere close to Manchester, where the call was coming from. Blocked the number straight away.
