Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise. I answered but stayed silent, just left the phone down. An Asian guy kept saying "Hello?" for nearly 20 seconds before realising I wasn’t gonna chat and then hung up. Looked up the number here and called it a scam. If they ring again, I’m gonna blow a whistle right into the phone!
