Just ignore those "Diamond data solutions" cold callers, I reckon they can all sod off in my opinion. They even hung up on me the moment I said hello. The trouble is I have to answer the phone for my work, so I don't have time for these annoying calls. If I’ve got some spare time on a long drive, I’ll try to waste their time with pointless chat and guesses.

Car insurance payout calls keep coming from slightly different versions of this number. They just won’t accept a refusal. Today a bloke called Rob was really rude, asking why I won’t listen and accusing me of pushing people away, then said he’d call me back!!! He even started shouting. I told him not to bother calling again and blocked the number. Being polite clearly doesn’t work! Next time a similar number rings, I’m just gonna ignore and block straight away.

They’ve rung me about 4 times already, yesterday and today, saying I’m suffering from “mild discomfort” after a small car accident. They claim the government has some kind of fund for people with “mild discomfort”... can’t say that sounds very Tory to me!! Just like a lot of folks here, H&H claimed I’d sent a text asking them to ring me, which I never did. Their super pushy operator wasn’t having any of it and kept pushing his service even after I said I’d already sorted it. He looked really annoyed about taking me off their list and finished with some rubbish about my attitude causing banks to keep my money, even though I told him I’d got it back already. Proper numpty, using nearly aggressive methods.

0161 814 9489. Hall & Hanley called me about PPI, which I’ve never even had. They said I had replied to a text asking for a call and warned me I’d be getting loads more calls now. I spoke to a manager called Chris Taylor and told him I felt I was being harrased. He said they’d take my number off their list but claimed they got it from Media Tactics [#]media-tactics[###]. I have no way of checking if that’s true and I bet Media Tactics would deny it anyway. Since I never took out any PPI, there’s no good reason for my number to be on any list.
