Can someone tell me who was ringing from that 7 number?

Got a call from someone saying they were with a company called CCS asking about an accident my missus supposedly had. Could tell straight away they weren’t legit - there was some strange music playing in the background, nothing like you’d hear in a proper office. When I asked the woman any real details, she seemed clueless. Definitely a con, best to just block this number!

They keep ringing me on my mobile like three times every day and even bother my landline, it's really starting to annoy me.
