I'm fed up with these annoying calls! Another one saying it's a survey, or claiming to be from o2 - which I knew was dodgy. I even popped into the o2 shop to check and they confirmed it wasn’t them. Clearly just scammers trying to get my bank info. I just told them to piss off in the end.

Kept ignoring the calls ’cause the number was unfamiliar, but they just kept ringing non stop! Such a pain! Really pleased I looked it up here first before picking up. Now they’re straight on my block list.

I got a call from some company named Switch, saying they could give me a better deal compared to Sky or Virgin. When I asked where they had gotten my number, they just said it "came up in the system" and wouldn't explain any further. Then, when I kept asking, they suddenly cut the call. Quite dodgy if you ask me.

They really pushed hard despite me telling them my number’s on the Ofcom do not call list. They kept going anyway, saying I’d agreed by filling out some survey. Thing is, I never do surveys just to avoid this kind of hassle. They were trying to get me to switch my internet and phone provider. Pretty annoying!

Got a message claiming I’d won a Galaxy S7 from Virgin Media - total scam! They ask you to ring a 0900 number that charges 99p a minute just to hear a load of nonsense. Watch out for this trick and make sure you report it to Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 so they can put a stop to these annoying calls and texts.

They called me like six times today! Initially, they claimed to be from O2, but I told them I’m actually with Three. Then they started asking about my bank, internet, satellite or cable, and energy company. I said I wasn’t interested but they just kept pushing, so in the end I just hung up on them.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Richard at Switch Experts, looking for Tina. I told them they’d got the wrong number, and then they asked me who I was. I just said it wasn’t important and suddenly they hung up. Blocked the number straight away.

Got a call from someone with an Irish accent asking about my broadband. I said I’ve got Sky TV and TalkTalk for my internet and phone. He was curious why I got two separate providers and I explained it’s ‘cause of the price. Then he asked why I don’t just go with Virgin, and I told him I’m locked into a contract with my current ones. He just said alright then and ended the call. Definately blocking that number now.

I got a phone call from a guy claiming to be with the national broadband service, saying he was following up on a previous conversation about broadband. I told him I hadn’t talked to anyone before, so he said it must’ve been my husband. I checked with my husband, and he denied any calls. The caller then accused my husband of lying. He kept calling me by my first name, despite me asking him not to, and said he could call me whatever he wanted. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he flat out refused. Then he said, “Your four minutes are up, I’m ending this call.” We went back and forth quite a bit, but that’s the main part.

For the last couple of days I've been getting loads of calls from different numbers, this one included. Feels like my phone number got caught up in some big list that's been shared around dodgy callers. Be careful and maybe block these too: 0800 952 3002, 020 3553 4018, 0845 286 3155, 0333 212 0065, 020 3634 7617, 028 9583 9967, and 0161 919 1483. They’re all probably linked to the same scammer ring.

I was waiting at the job centre to sign on when this number called me. I told the person on the line that I wasn’t looking to switch broadband as I’m fine with my current provider. When I asked, he said he was from the National Broadband Service. Honestly, who do they think they are ringing me like that? I’ve already blocked loads of 0161 numbers like this and even reported them to the ICO.

This number kept ringing me, so when I finally picked up, I made it crystal clear I wasn’t interested and warned them if they phoned again, I’d have to report it to the cops. They didn’t waste any time and just ended the call right then.
