Got a call from 01513759993, which is a Liverpool code, and this bloke with a proper Scouse accent answered. He knew my name and kicked off about some accident I supposedly had in the past 2 and a half years. When I challenged him, he went on about my legal rights and some fancy legal talk. I told him the accident happened way before that time frame, but he kept insisting it was within 2 and a half years. I stood firm and said no way, it was older. Then he said sorry and hung up right away.

Today, I got a call from a bloke with a Liverpudlian accent on a number that’s local to me. He claimed he was ringing from RK Legal regarding a no-fault minor accident that supposedly occurred within the last two and a half years. I told him he’d got the wrong person. Got a call on a local number today about some accident thing. Not sure if they actually knew I had one last year or not. Maybe it's the same lot from 0161 who's been ringing us loads, but we've been ignoring those. We usually pick up for unknown local numbers, so this time they got through. Received four calls from RK Legal today, all from local numbers 01364 592397 and 01364 592520 (two calls from each). This is on top of more than 50 calls over the past month. They’re claiming I was involved in some made-up car accidents, unless they’re digging up stuff from 25 years ago! Just got a call from some First For Legal lot about a car crash from 2 years ago. I asked for the caller's name - Tim Kettle - and his mobile number was 0800 987994. Supposedly wanted to give me a big payout, but it all felt dodgy so I just ended the call. They managed to sort me out with £2700 from my accident compensation, something I had no idea I could even claim. Whenever I look for insurance on Go Compare and put in my real mobile, I end up getting loads of random calls. So now I just use an old phone number from ages ago that’s long dead. Let the muppets ring that one all they want, it’s not mine anymore lol. Ha, no chance you’re getting through to me!

Been getting calls from loads of different numbers, at least five so far. I’ve blocked every single one but they just don’t stop. Told them all to take me off their lists, yet they keep calling. Here are some numbers from this week: 01476 431008, 01892 268122, 01433 750121. Proper annoying!

Got a ring from someone named Sean claiming to be from "RK Legal Holding" with a Liverpool accent. He just said hi, chuckled, and then ended the call.

Got a call from RK legal on my local Redruth Cornwall line. They gave me some vehicle reg number that was just a mix of the model and reg digits. Couldn’t tell me the car’s make, colour, year, or details about the accident they claimed happened. Even got my name wrong! I’ve had that car for 30 years and never had a crash. They said the file was sent to them but couldn’t say who sent it. Just another bunch of dodgy ambulance chasers.

Bloody hell, I’ve had 4 calls from these idiots already. They’ve got zero respect for anyone. They were asking me about some road accident, and the moment I asked where they were calling from, they just cut me off. It’s so damn annoying and frustrating. Got a call from these lot and it felt dodgy straight away. I told the bloke I’ve never been in a car crash, but he insisted I’d hit a camel or something. I told him to sort himself out and find a proper job, he just laughed and then ended the call. Since then, they’ve called me loads more, now saying I somehow hit a gorilla last weekend. How is this even allowed?

Same as loads of others, I get calls every day, sometimes with a local number (for me it’s 01949 723499) or sometimes the number’s hidden. They say I`ve been in an accident and so on. I’m on the TPS too, so that’s clearly useless. What’s odd is I just renewed my car insurance recently, then these calls started up. Feels like my info might have been shared somehow through the insurance company.

Somebody phoned me claiming to be from RK Legal. When I requested their registered address, they said 24 Mill Lane. I asked where Mill Lane was exactly, and they just said, "It's around your area." When I pressed for more details, they said, "In the city centre, behind Subway." Sounds like rubbish to me. I rang them back on 0161 763 1631 to complain, and they promised to remove my number from their list, but I highly doubt it. I’m thinking of giving them a taste of their own medicine if they call again. The registered address they gave me was Barcroft House, Bury BL9 5BT.

Got a really unpleasant call from a bloke on 07563 934547 saying he was with RK Legal. He’s called me four times just today! I rang the 0161 number mentioned in the comments to report him, but although they promised to remove my info from their records, I’m pretty doubtful about that. Heads up, this guy was extremely rude! I couldn’t find any info on RK Legal online, so they seem totally dodgy. Not sure what else I can do to make sure this fake company gets shut down.

These folks are definitely up to no good. Setting up a fake caller ID with a script and a local number on an auto dialler is pretty straightforward nowadays. I’d stay well away from them. If it’s this simple to write a warning like this, you really gotta wonder if the good reviews here are legit.

Got a call from RK Legal even tho I'm on the TPS register, about some car crash they said had happened. I asked who they were and told them I’m on TPS so they should take my number off their list, and that I’d be reporting them since no-one here has been in any accident. Got a call from Rk legal on a mobile number 07563 934547, yes, a mobile! They claimed they’re partners with my insurance and said the third party had set aside loads of money for my accident. My solicitor’s already handling everything with the third party, so it felt really odd. My insurance company told me it was strange because they don’t work with Rk legal at all. I’ve only just had a medical, so how would they even know??? Psychic or what! Reported them to the Ministry of Justice since they don’t show up on the authorised business list - no licence at all.

Over the past few days, I've been getting calls from R K LEGAL using the number 01848621284. They keep bringing up an accident I was never involved in. When I asked them where they got that info from, the line just went dead. It's weird because they called me from what seemed like a local Dumfries and Galloway number - maybe they’ve got loads of offices around the UK. I must be quite the unlucky one, or maybe there’s a few of me out there!

They called themselves RK Legal, or so they claimed. When I asked where they were based, the person said Bury, Lancashire. But the number on my phone was local to me, not Bury - and when I pointed that out, they had no answer. These sorts of calls are a nuisance, honestly. The government really ought to crack down and make it unlawful both to hide your true phone number and to fake caller IDs. If the good reviews about RK Legal are genuine, why won’t they just use their actual number? Makes you wonder what they're trying to cover up.

Yeah, it was a local number on the caller ID, definitely not one from Liverpool or RK Legal. I picked up thinking it was someone nearby. Honestly, why aren’t the authorities cracking down on these annoying firms? It’s probably just a scam and the TPS seems useless against them. Only proper rules or regulators shutting down those auto-dialling systems can fix this problem, I reckon.

I keep getting calls from a woman named Nicola, and it's happened four times just today. I've told them each time to remove me from their list, yet here we are again. I don’t drive and have never had a car accident, so it’s completely pointless. They seem to be trying all sorts of different numbers to contact me. This time it was RK Legal using the number 0115 7622140. I've blocked that number now! So frustrating!

Got a call from a person saying they were with RK Legal, using the number 01704 261903. They claimed to have details about a car accident involving me, which was completely made up. When I asked how they got my name, car registration and phone number, they just ended the call. I’m quite curious about this. They said it would take about 2 or 3 months to get the payment sorted, but it actually ended up taking closer to 3 or 4 months. Still, with the no win no fee deal, I can't really grumble. At the end of the day, everyone was pleased with how things turned out.

I dont get why some folks get all moody over a call from a free service. They actually sorted out my payments when I was stuck in hospital for nearly half a year. I'd tell pretty much anyone to give them a go.

Not sure why RK Legal get such bad rep on this site, to be honest. They couldn't assist me since I had no injuries, but they were really polite and tried to help as much as they could. They mentioned all the info they use is from people who've agreed to be contacted, so if folks are moaning about being harassed, maybe it's 'cause they signed up for calls somewhere? Don't see why people are so harsh on these guys when they're just providing a free service.

I got a missed call from rk legal, the number was 01647501677. When I tried returning the call, an answerphone kicked in asking me to send a letter to their office at Minerval House. If it was something real, why wouldn’t they just pick up the phone? Bit odd if you ask me.

I got a call from RK Legal using a Castle Douglas number, which is where I was on holiday just a few weeks back, so I assumed it was the rental owner and picked up. They asked if I’d been involved in a road traffic accident, but when I told them I hadn’t, they said they’d remove me from their list. My phone is on the TPS, and I’ve reported them already. Such a pointless call, I just hung up once I got the info about who they were and then made the report.

This company keeps ringing me non-stop, always some girl with a scouse accent who completely brushes off any request to quit calling. She’ll ring my mobile, then immediately follow up with the landline. The more I tell her to knock it off, the more calls I get. I’ve had to block the number on my iPhone, then when she switches it up, I just block the new one too. Honestly, it’s such a hassle.

Got a call today from R K Legal who said they were ringing from an Oxford number. When I told them their claim was total rubbish, they got pretty annoyed. When I finally picked up one of the calls, the person claimed there was an accident involving me. I told him that wasn’t true and he just hung up straight away. Got a call from RK Legal, using a Mansfield number 01623 340738. They were asking for my stepson. When I told them I was his stepmum, they insisted that was the number they had and asked if I was sure I wasn’t him (like I could sound like a bloke!). They said the call was about an RTA he was meant to be involved in. I told them he’s never had an accident and doesn’t even drive. Since my stepson actually lives in Mansfield, I reckon they might be using local numbers to trick you into picking up. Very impolite too!
