Got a call from someone claiming to be British Gas regarding renewing the contract. We had already cancelled with them but somehow they didn’t have it updated on their end. The line kept cutting out and was really sketchy. Honestly, just don’t pick up! Scam alert!

Today I got a ring claiming to be from Green Energy Ltd, saying I qualified for a free boiler. They asked for my date of birth but I didn’t give it. About ten minutes after, they called back saying they could offer me a loan as well. Honestly, avoid these scammers altogether.

Got a call from a woman with a strong accent who said she worked for some green energy company. The line was awful, so I barely caught what she was saying. I just told her I wasn’t interested and hung up. The number apparently showed Manchester as the location. I only picked up since I’ve been getting loads of calls from suppliers while sorting out my wedding.
