Got a call from someone saying they were with SSG Property Maintenance. They wanted to know if, as a tenant, I was having any trouble with things like mould or damp. I told them I wasn’t dealing with any of those issues at the moment. After that, they just hung up. Seems like another one of those scams aimed at people in council or rented housing. Watch out, folks.

Some bloke rang me claiming he was with the Manchester maintenance crew, but since I’m based in London and he butchered my surname badly, I just told him he had the wrong number.
