I got a call from the housing maintenance folks. They thought I was renting, but when I told them I actually own the place, they just said thanks and ended the call.

A team dealing with housing issues is nothing short of deceitful. Their aim seems to be getting council tenants on board for repairs to council-owned properties, simply so they can rake in absurd amounts of cash from the government. It's incredibly frustrating, as I receive calls from various individuals over ten times a day!
