Got a call from an Indian call centre scammer claiming his name was Kevin, which was obviously fake since no Indian I know has that name. He even knew my name, so I’m pretty sure they got my info from somewhere. His strong accent gave him away too, and since I have Indian friends, I’m familiar with typical names. I asked him sharply who he was and what he wanted, and he quickly ended the call. These scam centres often use British numbers to mask their identity. I’ve blocked the number and marked it as a scam.
